About You
The majority of my practice focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, traumatic experiences, grief and loss and life transitions. The human experience is one that can be exhausting so I hope to provide you with the safe space to tell your story, explore your feelings and thoughts to create the meaningful, thriving life you desire. I view you as the expert and I help guide and empower you through growth, change and confidence.
Confidence isn’t quite the thing other people need to see. It’s the thing you feel and see in yourself. That ability to make better choices, the ability to be more patient, and the thing that makes you trust yourself and continue to give yourself grace when others do not. That is the Fiercely Confident person I hope for you to see while in therapy.
